Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order amount.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sales and high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Times and Costs

The total estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at info@unlimstepllc.com and we will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, or tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact us at info@unlimstepllc.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where the package is confirmed lost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. See our Refund Policy for details.
